3. The tension of ribbed belt is toosmall, we should increased the tension of belt be appropriately;
 
Thereis noise when ribbed belt is working:
1. The noise generated when ribbed belt is slipping, please dry beltpromptly;
2. There is other things wedge in ribbed belt, we should setup shield  for the belt running;
3. Ribbed pulley is skewed, adjust thepulley location;
4. There is big vibration in the using of products;
5. May be the belt tension is too small, you should increase the tensionappropriately.
 
Ribbed wedge damage occurred:
1. The specifications ofribbed pulley and belt type does not match;
2. Ribbed belt wedge coated withsolvents or other chemicals;
3.The temperature which ribbed belt is workingis too high, we should take cooling method;
4. Ribbed pulley of the processparameters do not meet standards or rusty pulley.
