Therefore, replacing v belt must pay attention to models, to ensure its correct position in the round slot, that v belt should be in close contacting with the top ridge. If the v belt groove above the wheel, then the contact area is small, transmission capacity is low; if v belt into a round groove too deep, so that the v belt bottom surface contact with the wheel will reduce the transmission capacity. The entire two situations above can lead to slip and wear.
Keep the proper tightness of v belt
V belt tight, make v belt fever, easy to make v belt loss of elasticity. V belt is too loose. It is easy to slip in the pulleys. Always check the tightness of v belt, and adjust after loose. The stretching capacity of v belt's first using about 20~30mins is about 85% amount of the v belt's final stretch. Therefore, after the 20~30mins’ run of the v belt replacement, it should be stopped to check the tightness of v belt. If failed to meet the requirements, should adjust the v belt immediately. Experience has shown that, v belt’s life depends largely on the adjustment of the first inspection.
