Advanced Maintenance of V Belt
 1. Prevent the vibration of v belt
When v belt vibrating in operation, the friction between belt and face will be reduced, that would easily cause slipping. The most important reason is the loose of v belt, there are other reasons: with a wheel bearing clearance is too large, low-speed operation of resonance. In the maintenance, the bearings should be carefully checked and adjusted spacing of v belt. And avoid prolonged low-speed operation; prevent the resonance of v belt.
2. Prevent the distortion of v belt
The distortion of v belt in the wheel slot would cause the premature wear.
3. Have the correct operation of v belt; avoid the overload operation of v belt devices.
4. Prevent v belt to oil contamination
Prevent oil stains on the v belt's surface in maintenance process, otherwise that will greatly reduce the transmission efficiency and life of v belt.
