Rubber Timing Belt Installation Notes
 Rubber timing belt is an equally spaced tooth with the inner surface of the ring composed of rubber belts and pulleys. Rubber timing belt is a combination of belt transmission, chain drive gear respective merits of the new belt drive.
Reduce the pulley center distance of rubber timing belt, should release the tension pulley, and put on tape and then adjust the center distance. Fixed center distance of rubber timing transmission, should remove the pulley, the pulley on the tape and then loaded to install the pulley fixed to the shaft.
1. The wheels of rubber timing belt should be completely parallel to the axis, and the tooth must be perpendicular to the direction of the rubber timing belt.
2. Shall not use the tool to pry the belt into the pulley, so as not to damage the tensile layer of rubber timing belt.
3. Must be fixed rubber timing belt's pulley bearing, so as not to pitch vibration.
4. Shall not be a long period of rubber timing belt bending state of abnormal storage, rubber timing belt should be kept in the shade.
